This is really interesting. I have a lot of trouble sleeping, and when I get really frustrated I get out of bed and curl up in a big, comfy rocking chair. I'm always asleep within the hour, but I never thought of the rocking motion having anything to do with it. I'll have to start sleeping in my chair more often!
