I agreed with Michael. If you sleep less than 5 hours, you are probably very sleep deprived. Everything you do, you do better with a good night's sleep. This is golden.

I used to work with a short sleeper. She was incredibly optimistic, sociable, energetic and only needed 3 hours / night. She passed away in her 80s because she had gotten a rare form of TB overseas. She was still working part time, also. Even though she was my mentor, I could never get the sleeping part down.
