I have a dear friend who has suffered from fibromyalgia for nearly 10 years. He's had just about every test to diagnose his chronic pain and fatigue. All the tests come out negative. He's not able to achieve a good night's sleep because of the chronic pain. He's constantly tired due to poor night's sleep. It's a very debilitating cycle for sure.
