Nearly 50 million Americans are sleep-deprived and millions more suffer periodic sleepless nights. The information on this blog and in Dr. Breus's book and articles is invaluable. (And no, he didn't ask me to write this or pay me to write this. I've never even met him.) Dr. Breus, consider this my thank-you note for addressing such an important issue.
