It seems to have been some time since since you said much about sleep apnea. As I understand it, undiagnosed / untreated sleep apnea can seriously damage the heart over time - I am being treated for sleep apnea since a referral by my cardiologist. I wonder if people in general understand sleep apnea, or take it seriously enough.

Up until a couple of months ago I was guilty of cutting sleep for all the usual reasons. But after a recent near miss on the road that was caused by my sleep deprivation, I resolved to get to bed before 11:00pm. I've noticed a difference in how I prioritize. I've got more time now. And now I find out that the extra 2 hours of sleep can help delay a heart attack? Wonderful.
