Hi,
Insomnia is a disease but frankly speaking people of Asia do not consider it as a disease. Lately after their 30's they start taking drugs.
Aerobics and Yoga, bith are beneficial for relaxing and soothing your nerves. Yoga appears to be effective for hypertension patients. the stretching of muscles relieves the tension and helps in curing insomnia and other diseases related to tension.
