I am not an avid golfer but I've been to the golf range once in a while. All this time I thought I really have a bad swing but all I had was a bad sleep. Ever since I read this article and had blissful sleep, my swings have improved. Thanks, doc.

You're absolutely right. I think any task we set out to accomplish, golf included, benefits greatly from a quality night's sleep. When I'm not well rested, I can feel the effects while I'm out on the course. Golf is just as much a mental game as it is a physical sport, and personally I feel the mental effects that much more. Also, I've found that sublingual B12 vitamins help for a clarity boost when I need it.
