This is so true. Sleep deprivation can impact one's life in a great way because it affects one's mind and body. If there are big decisions to be made the next day and you are sleep deprived you will not be alert and, depending on the situations, it can be fatal. For every hour and a half of sleep you are deprived of, your alertness decreases by 38% for the next day.
