Have you heard of just before going to bed have a little protein like apeice of cheese on a cracker works for me I read somewhere that the protein reduces some other hormone that act to keep you awake therefore you go to sleep ,I had a terrible time getting to sleep and I tried this simple thing and now I sleep well sometimes I wake back up but I have another peice of cheese or peanut butter on a cracker an fall back to sleep.good luck
