I know when I get a great nights sleep, in a great comfortable bed it makes the world of difference. I find having quality sheets, like silk, natural fibres, helps with this.

I do remember faces very well. However, I am poor in remembering names. How does sleep figure in that problem? Is there difference in remembering names and faces when it comes to the issue of sleep?

I know without the proper sleep my mind is in a fog. I really have a hard time remembering things.
