Thanks doc for those tips. I hope it will work for me because as you have said, headache is very frustrating. I hate it especially if it occurs during my period then the stress was on, it really affects my work.

The problem with caffeine is that it may only work in the short term. More often than not caffeine withdrawals as a result of drinking it too often can lead to further headaches down the road.
