thank you for posting this information.i know who have more sleeping they will not get heart deseases.but how.more sleeping gives different types of desease also.


About 20% of deaths in America are from coronary artery disease's - artery calcification falls under this category. If people change their sleeping habits to get more sleep, that number can drop significantly.

I had wicked sleeping disorders boarding on insomnia when I went through my divorce. I tired the Melatonin which did help, but I learned a great way to get a deep night's sleep naturally and without pills. Helps me even with power naps.
