It made me think of adolescents who suffer from insomnia have a higher risk for depression, suicide attempts, and drug use. Drug use, by the way, can be anything from alcohol to cocaine. Hope there is a possible and better solution to prevent them to happen. Thanks for this post.

It is important to keep an eye on your teen if they are having trouble with insomnia. Many sleep aids can be addictive and may need a good drug rehab program to overcome.
