Hi Dr. Breus,
I hope you are doing well. This story you mention reminds me of an HBO documentary that will be aired May 23 about the filmaker's stressors that have led to chronic insomnia. It just so happens that a few of our friends from the Sleep Professional Community -- Drs. William Dement, Mark Rosekind, Dick Simon, Art Speilman and Leonid Kayumov -- star in the 90-minute film, "Wide Awake." I have some information about it on my blog, and there's a preview you can view. Let me know what you think about the show!
Sleep well,
Theresa
